Scion obviously is getting something from this deal.. they have included a mini game entitled Scion iQ. Oh well, that is just more free content for us!!

It has been announced that the game needed for the HBL exploit was Motorstorm Artic Edge. Unfortunately as soon as Sony caught wind of this, they promptly removed the game from the PS Store. It was not even available in the US, but now you can’t get it anywhere.

Don’t worry too much though, because this exploit is not really that useful to your average user at this point. This is hopefully the first stepping stone of probably many that may lead to a full PS Vita Jailbreak Hopefully =)

Looks like Sony is turning the cold shoulder to folks who buy and play used games to try and save a buck or two. Sure the game will play just fine, but for now it looks like you can forget about earning trophies. This was brought to my attention last night thanks to Dustin R. on my Facebook page. I am not sure which game this was, and if this issue only affects one certain game or all used games. I will try and get a bit more info and let you guys know.

I usually just buy my games new anyway, but even if I did buy used, I really don’t care about trophies… but I still think Sony should fix this.

You guys may remember my post on Wololo’s Half Byte Loader. Today Wololo announced that he is definitely still working on his clever little exploit for loading PSP homebrew applications on the PS Vita.

If you remember back to the early days of PSP hacking, you will recall that you needed to purchase a certain game and use an exploit that involved a modified game save. As I understand it the principal is the same for the PS Vita as well. For the PSP the game that was used to exploit the PSP was Wipeout Pure, I believe and I know for a fact Grand Theft Auto LCS.

Wololo is being careful not to release which game his exploit works with on the Vita, but he did say it is available in the PS store. What he is trying to avoid is releasing the game name, and Sony taking it down from the PS Store.

Wololo did not give any sort of release date for his HBL hack, but he did say he has a master plan for releasing it, and everything is going according to that plan. Read on for Wololo’s full post on this matter.
